Paint the Future 2020: Combating Climate Change
Paint the Future is an annual art contest for students to imagine what the future will look like. Students are asked to use what they have learned in school and their daily life about science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) and address real problems that we must solve in the future.
This year, we ask students to think about new ways that climate change will change how we live in the future. How will you handle changes in water, air quality, weather, and diseases? What can we make, or how can we live, to make these challenges of the future easier?
All children aged 5 to 11 and/or grades K-5 are invited to submit their paintings and a one-page description written in English.
Registration starts April 1
Submission ends August 31.
